I wish I hadn’t read this one during a slump because I know it was a solid 5-star experience. The first part felt a little young for me, but once it picked up, I couldn’t stop reading.

Noah Riley… my heart. He’s honestly flawless, sweet, steady, patient, and just everything you want in a book boyfriend. His dynamic with Arianna felt so genuine and pure. Their Romeo & Juliet references were adorable and had me smiling through my tears.

This book had my heart aching multiple times, and by the end, I was an emotional wreck, in the best possible way. If you’re looking for a romance with one of the sweetest MMCs ever, Say You Swear is it.

“Fear not the fall, but the life that comes from having never leaped at all.” I smile through my tears. “I’ll always leap if the jump leads me to you, Noah Riley. Always.” “And forever.” “I swear.”

🤍 AD -

Say You Swear completely exceeded my expectations. I went in thinking it would be a typical college romance, but it’s so much more layered and emotional than that. Arianna’s heartbreak at the beginning was so raw and relatable, and watching her navigate her way through loss, love, and new beginnings was powerful.

And then there’s Noah Riley. He’s the type of hero who quietly steals your heart without even trying. He’s patient, supportive, and truly feels like Arianna’s safe place amidst the chaos. Their chemistry is undeniable but also built on trust, friendship, and vulnerability.

What I loved most is how Meagan Brandy made me feel every emotion: happiness, heartbreak, and genuine hope. This isn’t just a romance; it’s a story about finding yourself when everything falls apart.

“I’ve known that girl was worth the world since the moment I met her.”

💙 AG -

From the very first chapter, Say You Swear had me hooked. The characters felt real, their struggles relatable, and the emotions raw. Noah Riley is now one of my all-time favourite heroes, he’s kind, dependable, and exactly the kind of character you root for from page one.

While the plot isn’t overly complex, it’s the emotional journey that makes this book so captivating. Arianna’s growth is inspiring, and her connection with Noah feels like soulmates finding each other at exactly the right time.

The story made me smile, laugh, and cry, and it even managed to completely shock me at times, I didn’t see some of the twists coming at all. If you’re into sports romance with emotional depth and unforgettable characters, this book is a must-read.

“If she isn’t mine in the end, I’ll still be hers.”

If you’re craving an emotional college romance that will tug at your heartstrings, Say You Swear by Meagan Brandy delivers. This heartfelt story mixes friendship, heartbreak, and second chances with one of the sweetest male leads you’ll ever meet. It’s the kind of book that will leave you smiling, crying, and clutching your chest all at once.
